1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping info, and view your order history.
2. How can I create or log into my account?
Click “Login” or “Create Account” at the top of our website. Use your email and a secure password to access your account.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your delivery at any time.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
5. What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, please email us at sabiofits@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to help.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
7. Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns if the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, and if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

9. How do I request a return?
Email sabiofits@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide the return address. Customers cover return shipping.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
11. Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If you made a mistake or need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing the order at sabiofits@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, we can’t make changes.
